For security purposes, all online and telephone orders can only be shipped to the card holder's registered address. We regret that we cannot accept payment by telephone or Internet for goods to be collected from our showroom or to be delivered to an alternative address.

Orders placed online are shipped as soon as all items are in stock. Components will normally be shipped within 48 hours and systems/base units within 5 working days. If an order contains both systems and components, all items will be shipped together and will therefore be shipped within the 5 working days. All orders will be delivered within 28 days unless otherwise agreed.

Saturday Delivery is available for orders being delivered to UK Mainland addresses only and placed before 2pm on the preceding Friday.
